A Toronto native, Kevin Franklin holds a lifelong passion for Multiplayer video game design, and has over a decade of experience in the game industry. Kevin first joined Electronic Arts: Black Box, and shipped Need for Speed: Most Wanted and Need for Speed: Carbon.
After EA, Kevin worked with Slant Six and Sony and led the design team on the shooter SOCOM: Fireteam Bravo 3. In 2010, Kevin joined 343 Industries and led the Multiplayer design team on Halo 4. Kevin’s current role is Multiplayer Design Director on the upcoming Halo 5: Guardians, Microsoft’s largest and most extensive investment in multiplayer ever.
Kevin also serves on the Adjudication Committee of Canadian Video Game Awards, enjoys flying Seaplanes, and was recently named to the 2015 Forbes: Top 30 under 30 list.
