Travel Documentation

If you're not a UK or Irish citizen and don’t currently hold a UK visa, you’ll need to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) before entering the UK. Learn how to apply for your ETA here.

September in Edinburgh brings cooler weather, with average highs around 61°F (16°C) and lows around 48°F (9°C). Rain and fog are common, so we recommend packing layers just in case.
